NUTRITION SPEAKER & KEYNOTE SPEAKING

NUTRITION WORTH TALKING ABOUT

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated, restrictive or, frankly, boring.

I’m a dietitian, presenter and nutrition expert with more than a decade of experience speaking to audiences across Australia and internationally. I turn nutrition science into practical, engaging ideas that make sense in everyday life.

From workplace wellbeing and performance to men’s health, food and mood, and our relationship with food, I cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters – without the guilt, fear or endless rules.

Whether you’re planning a keynote, workplace session, event or media appearance, I’ll bring credible nutrition expertise, a fresh perspective and plenty to talk about.

WHY ME?

No boring nutrition lectures.

Nutrition can be complicated. It can also be confusing, contradictory and, let’s be honest, pretty dull when it’s delivered as a list of do’s and don’ts.

That’s not my style.

I combine evidence-based nutrition with storytelling, practical strategies and a healthy dose of humour to create presentations that are informative without feeling like a lecture.

Whether I’m speaking to a conference audience, a sporting group, or a community event, I tailor each session to the people in the room and give them something meaningful they can take away and use.

The result? A session that informs, entertains and leaves people thinking differently about food.

KEYNOTE TOPICS

Fuel for success: Eating for energy and performance

We’ve all felt the mid-afternoon slump, the energy dip, and the struggle to focus at work. Yet our food choices shape energy, productivity, stress, and sleep. This keynote cuts through the noise, showing how core principles of healthy eating, simple habits, and practical snack strategies can sustain energy, sharpen mental clarity, and transform performance from morning to night.

Eat your way to better mental health

Brain food carries a whole new meaning these days. Growing research is revealing more about the connection between what we eat, how we feel and how our brains function. Yet the role of nutrition in mental health remains under-recognised. This keynote cuts through the hype to explore what we know about food and mental wellbeing, and the practical ways nutrition can support a healthier mind.

The modern man's guide to health

Men aren’t always great at prioritising their health. This keynote takes a practical look at how food can support energy, mood, performance and long-term health, without turning nutrition into another set of rules to follow. I cut through the noise and give men simple, realistic strategies they can use at work, at home and everywhere in between.
