MEN'S HEALTH

MAKING NUTRITION MAKE SENSE FOR MEN

Men don’t always engage with health in the same way, and traditional health messaging doesn’t always speak to them.

I want to change that.

I believe conversations about men’s health can be practical without being patronising, evidence-based without being boring and positive without pretending that everyone needs to become a wellness monk.

Food is a powerful place to start.

What, how and why we eat can tell us a lot about our health, our habits and the lives we lead.

As a dietitian and men’s health nutrition expert, I translate nutrition science into practical advice, engaging conversations and food people actually want to eat.

I work with men through personalised nutrition consultations, and with brands, businesses and media looking to better understand, educate and engage men around health and nutrition.

MEN'S HEALTH IS MORE THAN PROTEIN AND TESTOSTERONE

Men’s health is often reduced to protein, muscle, weight loss and testosterone.

They’re certainly part of the conversation, but they’re not the whole story.

Men’s health is about more than a high-protein breakfast and a gym membership. Men’s health encompasses cardiovascular health, mental wellbeing, gut health, energy, longevity, relationships with food and the confidence to look after yourself.

My approach to men’s nutrition is evidence-based, practical and non-diet. I want to help men understand what actually matters, cut through the nutrition noise and make changes that work in the context of their busy lives.

No detoxes. No forbidden foods. No chasing the perfect diet.

NUTRITION FOR MEN, MADE PRACTICAL

Life doesn’t always lend itself to perfect nutrition.

There are busy workdays, kids to feed, dinners to organise, meals on the run, weekends with friends and the occasional takeaway that was very much part of the plan.

Rather than trying to work around real life, I believe nutrition should work with it.

I help men develop practical strategies that fit their lifestyle, preferences, health needs and goals.

Energy & performance

Nutrition can play an important role in how you feel, work, exercise and recover. We can look at your eating patterns, meal timing and overall nutrition to support your energy and performance.

Heart health & longevity

Looking after your health isn’t something you need to wait until you’re older to think about. Small, sustainable changes to your eating can help support cardiovascular health and healthy ageing.

Gut health

Bloating, bowel habits, fibre and gut health can be confusing. I’ll help you separate useful advice from nutrition noise and work out what makes sense for you.

Food & mood

Food is only one part of the picture, but what and how we eat can form an important part of our overall wellbeing. We’ll look at nutrition alongside the broader habits and behaviours that influence how you feel.

Weight & body image

You can care about your health without spending your life dieting. My approach focuses on sustainable behaviours, health and wellbeing rather than calorie counting or chasing a particular body size.

Everyday cooking

Knowing what you should eat is one thing. Knowing what to cook on a weeknight is another. I’ll help you build practical food skills and eating habits that make healthy eating easier.

GOOD NUTRITION STARTS IN THE KITCHEN

I believe one of the best ways to make nutrition practical is to cook. That’s why recipes and cooking are such an important part of my work.

I’m interested in helping men become more confident in the kitchen, discover food they genuinely enjoy and build meals that are both nutritious and delicious.

Because food isn’t simply fuel. It’s part of how we celebrate, connect, care for ourselves and other people, and enjoy everyday life.

HELPING ORGANISATIONS CONNECT WITH MEN

Men’s health isn’t just a personal health issue. It’s also an opportunity for brands, businesses and workplaces to engage men in more meaningful conversations about food, nutrition and wellbeing.

I work with organisations to translate nutrition science into content, campaigns, products and conversations that are relevant, credible and genuinely useful.

I combine my nutrition expertise with my passion for men’s health, food and communication.

Brands

I help food and FMCG brands develop nutrition-led strategies, recipes, content and campaigns that connect with consumers and communicate nutrition in a way people can actually understand.

Workplaces

I deliver engaging keynotes and presentations that make nutrition and men’s health practical, relevant and worth talking about – without turning the room into a lecture on kale.

Media

I provide evidence-based nutrition commentary across television, radio, podcasts, print and digital media, helping audiences make sense of the latest nutrition stories and trends.
